Founded in 1991 by Andrew Gast after retiring from Kraft/General Foods (think Maxwell House & Sanka), Regal Beverage Concepts is a locally owned and family operated beverage distributor based in Columbus, Ohio.  What began as a post retirement business venture…more of a hobby…has evolved into a local leader in both the office and restaurant coffee/tea distribution industries.  Andrew’s vast knowledge of the “coffee away from home” market, valuable industry relationships and his genuine love of dealing with people created the foundation on which Regal Beverage Concepts stands today.  As the smaller, local coffee services continue to get absorbed by large corporations, Regal Beverage Concepts stands alone as your truly local option.

Local.  What does that mean to you?  It is a term that has been gaining popularity in recent years and gets thrown around pretty loosely nowadays.  To us it means that we grew up in and currently still live in the communities we service.  It means that we patronize our customers locally.  It means that we source the majority of our coffees from our Columbus and Ohio based roasters, keeping the money where it should be.  It means that our corporate office is here, and our profits and growth get spent here. It means that we practice what we preach, making a concerted effort to stay away from large, corporate chains and big box retailers and doing as much business as possible with the local businesses that make our community so special.

We carry a proprietary line of outstanding ‘Ohio Proud’ certified coffees (our extremely popular Buckeye Blend, for example) and we have been the exclusive distributor of Shangri-La Award Winning Teas in Central Ohio since 2006.  We offer a diverse, unique line of products that are not available  through any other distributor. We can also provide free, state of the art brewing equipment with many of our beverage programs and offer prompt, flexible & friendly same day maintenance and delivery service. We currently service over 200 current customers including some prominent, well known Columbus companies and restaurants.
