THE PROCESS

• Patented brewing equipment assures a delicious, fresh brewed glass of iced tea in every glass. Our brewer is unique in that it only uses power during the six minutes it’s actually brewing.
• Our brewer has the option to brew only 1.5 gallons, which cuts waste and saves money; however, it also has the ability to brew up to 3 gallons for high volume establishments.

THE SERVICE

• The Shangri-La program includes free brewing equipment, with automatic replacement every 1½ to 4 years.
• Regal Beverage Concepts provides monthly servicing of your brewer, replacement of water filtration units, and emergency maintenance service, all at no additional cost to you.
